Returns and exchanges

Return Policy:

                I have a 10 day return policy for all regular priced items. The 10 day window starts when you have been notified that your item is ready for pickup in the pickup cabinet or from when the item shows delivered if you get your items shipped. 

 

          If you purchase a SALE item, I will only do exchange for the exact same item in a different size.  Otherwise, the item is a final sale and not eligible for a return.

 

Once the item has been returned I will issue a store credit for the full amount of the item only. If you choose to have your items shipped I will not refund shipping cost.

 

All items must be in new condition with tag still attached. They must be free of all smells, pet hair, dirt, deodorant stains, and must not have been washed.

 

All returned items must be bagged in a clear bag with the following information inside the bag with the item.

·         Full Name

·         Reason for return

·         Return date

 

          There will be no exceptions on return policies. If you will be out of town and you would like your items to be held until you return please let us know and I will be happy to do so!
